I have been a fisherman since the age of five when my dad took me angling out on Lake Mississinewa, one of Indiana’s seven hidden jewels. I owe my love of fishing to my Pops. He always made time to take me fishing. I became an Eagle Scout in 1980 and my passion for the outdoors just kept growing from there.
I have dropped lines in the Quabin Reservoir in Massachusetts and Lake Tahoe in California, and just about everywhere in between. I have been a professional guide for five years, and a fixture on the walleye tournament circuit for the past six years. I am on the LakeMaster pro-staff and for the last five years I have studied and taught the use of Lowrance depth finders, GPS, and LakeMaster software and chip technology. I even have my own line of fishing related logo apparel.
I am the Fishing Manager at Gander Mountain at their Minnetonka, Minnesota store. Additionally, I give seminars related to fishing electronics throughout Minnesota.

I have had a passion for fishing since my Dad started taking me ice fishing when I was a little boy. I bought my first boat in 1970. My first piece of electronics was the Lowrance Green Box. Since that time I have been fascinated with the advancement of Lowrance electronics for fishing and hunting.
I have been self-employed since 1979 as a specialty contractor and equipment manufacturer. I currently hold three technology Patents. Since 1993, I’ve been developing and instructing training programs. I have gained a worldwide reputation for down-to-earth, easy to understand training seminars, mostly presented via a Webinar.
For the last five years I have used Lowrance Sonar/GPS units and have spent hundreds of hours at the computer as well as on the water learning the system. I have also spent many hours working with LakeMaster Lake Map software that is a "must have" for competitive fishing. I have a passion for God, my family, fishing and training.
